Our Office

All our treatment rooms have a 32-inch television monitor so you can see what we see for x-rays, photos, or videos. We realize that dental appointments cause anxiety in many people, so we've designed our office space with soothing colors and pleasing décor that will calm your anxieties. We also maintain the most up-to-date technology so you can be assured that the treatment you receive will be the best we can provide.

Dr. Van Laarhoven has dedicated her life to providing high-quality dentistry to her patients and tailoring it to their individual needs. Her patient-focused care combined with up-to-date equipment provides our patients with the best dental service possible. Dr. Van Laarhoven keeps current on the latest techniques in the dental field so that she continues to provide the best dental treatments available.

Our Services

We're a full-service dental office and provide dentistry for ages 2 through 100, although the average age of our patients is between 30 and 80 years old. We want to be your family dental practice, so call us if you need any of the following dental services:

We also offer request-a-call, which allows you to request a call on our web site or through our messaging service, and we'll return your call at your convenience. We know that life can be hectic at times. We believe this service helps to ensure that our patients maintain their best dental health.

If you need structural work or want to improve the aesthetics of your smile, we can help you. Although we don't claim to have a 100% latex-free environment, we don't use products that contain latex. We find this to be beneficial for both our staff and our patients.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate special needs individuals, and we don't accept walk-ins. You will need to make an appointment to meet with our dental professionals.

We're not close to public transportation, but we are conveniently located, and we accommodate both English and Russian languages.

Emergency Services

We understand that dental emergencies can occur at any time of the day or night, weekday, or weekend, so we accommodate emergency patients. Call our office immediately if you have a dental emergency, and we'll treat you promptly. If it's after our regular office hours, our recorded message will provide instructions. If your emergency is life-threatening, call 911 or go to your closest emergency room, but don't delay seeking treatment. Many times, when a dental emergency is treated promptly, it will prevent the issue from escalating and the tooth can be saved. If treatment is delayed, there is no guarantee your tooth will be saved.

Payment Options

We require payment in full at the time the treatment is rendered, and we accept the following types of payment:

• Credit card
• Insurance plans

Typically, we don't provide billing statements to our patients. We will, however, bill your insurance company for your treatment. Be aware, though, that any amount not covered by your insurance company will be your responsibility.

Parents or adult guardians are responsible for paying for dental treatments rendered to minor children. We're a preferred provider for many dental insurance companies, and the number is rapidly expanding. We'll estimate your copay according to the terms of your insurance plan, and you'll be responsible for paying that at the time of your treatment. If there's any excess, we'll refund it to you.

Hours and Location

We are located On the northeast corner of E Main St and Goldenrod Dr, across the road from the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Our facility is conveniently located just 8-miles West of Oshkosh at the edge of Omro, WI.

We are open on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
